" Hi! I am Ross on behalf of expertvillage.com, windows Internet Explorer, let us check it out. Let us talk about cookies. When you visit Internet sites often little files are being stored to your local system to help with your browsing experience. If you want to delete the cookie, you can go up to tools, Internet options under the general tab that you have this part, it says temporary Internet files and delete cookies but you may not want to delete them. For instance when you set up your online banking, sometimes you are entering extra parameters, as you set it up like what is the date. If you delete the cookie, you will not remember that so when you go back next time you will have to enter those extra parameters. So you can still get in but if you continually visit that site and keep the cookie, it makes a little quicker to get in. You can also change the cookies. You can go to the privacy tab and click on the advanced button and here you can overwrite automatic cookie handling. You can set your parameters. You can have a prompt each time if you want to place a cookie on your system. Search the Internet for cookies if you really want to learn about it otherwise just leave it in its default configuration. "
