"Hi this is Ryan Tapp on behalf of Expert Village and this is physical smack talking. Physical smack talking is really anything you may do to show physical, physical gestures of empowerment over your opponent. Now we are not trying to get violet and we are not trying to hurt anybody remember smack talking is more then anything else a mental game. You want to get in there head, you want to sike them out. So there are different things what you can physically do that can help sike a opponent out. For example there is the ever so popular pelvic thrust in there general direction, pushing the opponent, remember you don't want to hurt them you are not to there to physical engage in battle you are only there really to get in there way to annoy them. There is the ever so popular bending over somebody or I'm sorry bending behind them and then having a 3rd party push them over you that is quiet embarrassing and humiliating. A great tacked for physical smack talk."
