"Hi! I'm Shelly Cordsen with expertvillage.com. We are working on our cell phone holder. Now we have our 2 pieces of fabric, 3 1/2 x 11, and we have our strip for our handle, which is 2 x 10. Ten is my preference for my hip. Just like the luggage tag, we're going to fold this in half lengthwise and do a good little pressing. We're going to take each, open it up, take each side, bring it to that center crease and iron again. We seem to iron this so much that it really gets hot, so be careful. Then we take those 2 that are folded into the center, now we're going to fold it in half again. Iron that down. Then we're going to go to our sewing machine and sew it 1/8 of an inch down one side, or you can choose to do both sides. If you're uncomfortable and you're a new sewer, you may want to put a few pins in this as you go. It's totally up to you. You can stop there or sew again down the other side. "
