" Hi! I am Shelly Cordsen from Expert Village.com. Right now, we are going to use our super set of stamps, which mini-stamps for all occasion; every holiday you can imagine. We are going to make our own background and turning it into a card. We are going to start with the 12 x 12 pieces of scrapbook paper. We are going to cut it into quarters so that it would be a 6 x 6. I find my 6 on my ruler, put it down. This is a razor blade and I am going to take and turn it the other way, another 6 x 6, so out of one piece of card stock you are going to get four backgrounds. We are going to take one. I am going to use the balloon stamp and I am going to stamp in black and I will just randomly allover stamp and if you can when you random stamping, do things where it forms a triangle. In case, if you can kind of do it in a triangular mode as you go you will get a better fill-in on your stamps. Okay, my method of coloring is going to be using the watercolor pencils. I am going to color this balloon, say blue, I just put a little color in there, my heart, take my water color brush and I am just going to start filling in my color. Make sure you wipe off your blue a little bit before you just do a touch on that red. You will continue to color those and do not forget to take your black legacy pen and make your little strings for your balloons. Okay, and because we have technology of camera voilĂ ! Ii is done. Now we are going to take this and we are going to cut into a 4.25 x 5.5 okay. So are going 4.25 on our ruler and 5.5, that is the size of a standard note card and that is going to go right on there when we are all done. We will also be using a square punch in our card."
