"Hi, my name is Shotsie Gorman. I'm here as a tattoo artist (a professional tattoo artist) for Expert Village. We're taking the client. He has decided he wants to place it centered on the back between the scapula or the "wing bones". That's what people call them. So the first thing we are going to do is just prepare the skin by an alcohol wipe. We're going to shave the area where the tattoo goes. We have to at least have it completely shaved regardless of how superficial the hairs are. So we don't end up with any ingrown hairs during the healing process. This is a peppermint salt that I use.
