More History of Tattoos in Ancient Culture

"I'm here as a tattoo artist for Expert Village. The most recent and exciting discovery was Otsick, who was the Bronze Age that was discovered in hills outside of Switzerland in the Alps. So his body was completely covered with tattoos. History is doing a forensic... there's been a team of people working on him for years as they found him and unearthed the fact that he was murdered. But he obviously was a traveler, a trader; he had tools from other cultures. He completely revolutionized... the tools and the cloth and the materials they found around him... he revolutionized what bronze age men where like. He was a mountain climber and a traveler, and he had rams heads tattooed on both knees. So it was believed that he had those to give him more sure-footedness in climbing mountains and traveling rough terrain. His body was completely covered in tattoos. Those tattoos are documented in the history of the planet. So far many documentaries have been done on him as well. But he predates Preshandy by about 3000 years. So these are images which were inscribed on skin, that were left fortunately in a circumstance where we could actually see them. Before that, there's no real proof of where tattooing comes from."
