"Hi, I'm Rachel for Expert Village. Now I'm going to do 2 holes. I'm going to do 1 hole on the bottom and one hold on top. First I'm going to put the bottom one and I'm just go to go through and put it though the top one. Like this. Now I'm going to put the ball the second ball. First I'm going to put it through the needle and go through the ball. Now I'm going to measure the length that I want. A little bit longer length and I'm going to cut it. Next I'm going to put it through the ball again and then make knot. I'm going to put it through a different hole so it would not come back. I'm going thought just a little bit. I'm going to do a knot over here and I'm going to cut this string. Now we have our hanging decoration. The second ball should move. If the hole is to big you can take piece of napkin and just glue it to the ball where the hole is and that is going to make the hole smaller of course and glue the string to the second ball so it would not move.
