"Hi, I'm Rachel for Expert Village. Now I'm going to take the glue and smear it. It is not enough to smear it. You have to use a brush cause the glue has to be evenly spread on the heart on the piece of cardboard or whatever you are using. It has to be evenly spread. What we need to do is we need to separate the napkin into the thinnest layer and then we are going to do the decoupage. If you don't separate it, what happens is first of all it is not going to look as pretty and second of all it might in time the layers are going to separate and the first layer might come out. Then you would stay with the white layer for your work/the job that you have done. I'm going to glue it a little bit. Then I'm going to cut this part later on I'm going to cut it. Cause I don't want it since we need both sides the other side needs to look evenly and not with to many bounce. So we are just going to cut this part. We have to make sure that it covers the little edges here so the edge would not stay without a napkin on it. If you forgot one side then you can always do it with the other side left, the other side napkins. I'm going to cut it a little bit here so I don't have any pieces. Just put a little bit of glue to make sure that is stuck. So this is one side."
