Shaping a Napkin to the First Heart in Decoupage Hanging Decoration

"Hi, I'm Rachel for Expert Village. The first thing we are going to do is cut the napkins into the shape of the hearts. I'm going to use the flower napkin for the hearts. This time I need both sides to be cover so I have to make sure that I have exactly what I want for both sides. So what I'm going to do is cut the napkin like that. I'm going to cut it a little bit bigger then the shape of the heart so this way both sides are going to have the flower design on them. Since I need it for 2 hearts it is exactly right for me cause I have the flowers from both from all 4 sides of the napkin. I just want to make sure that the flowers are on here to. Great! Now I'm going to cut it. You can do either with the heart inside and cut it or just go with the pencil around it if it is easier for you and cut it afterwards. I'm just going to do with the heart inside and I'm going to cut the napkin around. I'm going to do the same thing for the other one. "
