"Hi, I'm Rachel for Expert Village. Now I'm going to show you how to make a decoupage hanging decoration. The materials that we are going to use for that I'm going to use 2 napkins. The colors are matching as you can see. But if you want, you can pick up one napkin with different designs on it. 2 cardboards in a heart shape, 2 bowls Styrofoam bowls, a fishing line, a needle. The needle should be long enough to go through. I did not have a needle long enough so I'm going to show you later that I just open up a safety pin and I'm going to show you how to do it. A brush, paint brush, scissors, white glue and spray. I'm going to use silver spray to get it a little silver color at the end."
