"Hi! I'm Rachel for Expert Village. Today I'm going to show you a few things through art how to make with decoupage. Decoupage is a French word. What decoupage is is actually gluing cut up paper on an object. Today we're going to use napkins. There is an endless variety of course, because there's a lot of napkins all around. You can choose whatever napkin you like. The color, the decoration on top of it. I'm going to show you a few things you can do with the napkins. How to make a piggy bank with a lid on top. How to make a hang up decoration and how to make a name plate for your door with those things. You're going to see it comes out very pretty. It doesn't take too much work and plus, you don't need to paint or do any design. You just basically take a napkin with a nice design on it and you glue to the object that you would like to make."
