"Hi, I'm Rachel for Expert Village. What we do now is I'm going to take this message paper and we are going to cut it. We are going to fold it up cause I want it to be equal and I'm just going to cut it on the lines. What you do is you just give to a friend, the friend of the family, whoever wants to write a message for the birthday boy or girl. They write a message and then you just gently clip it to the birthday candle. Like this all around and you have messages from friends, family. It is a very cute thing to do. You light it and you bring it to the birthday person. Here we go. "
