"Hi, I'm Rachel for Expert Village. Now I am going to show you how to thread the beads onto the string. We have two options, either you can leave it not attached to anything but it makes the work easier if you use a safety pin and you just put it through the ring and attach it to some kind of material. This is a little bit sturdier. Now, we are going to use both strings together. For this kind of work you need about 50 big beads and 200 smaller beads depends of course if you want a necklace or a longer necklace then more beads. For a shorter one or bracelet, of course, needs less beads. We are going to start, does not matter right or left but wherever you start you need to put two beads on one string. We will start with the smaller size of bead, putting two on one string. We are going to take two more smaller sized beads to the other side of the string and now we have two on both sides. Two small beads on each side, two small beads equal to each other. Now we are going to take one big bead and put the string through one side, one side of the string through and take the other string and put it through from the other side. And what happens is, when you do like that it closes the gluke and this is one gluke. Two, four small beads, two from each side and one big bead in the middle. Now we are going to continue and do the same thing over again."
