"Hi, I'm Rachel for Expert Village. Now we are going to do the paper holder. Very similar but a little different. I'm going again to measure it and cut it on the line. Now this can be a little bit longer. I'm going to put it in the middle. You can see it is in the middle from both sides, it is in the middle. It is just helps me to shape, it is going to be more stable the rolling side. I'm again going to glue it with the glue gun. Now the difference between the paper holder and the pencil holder is I need to make a opening for the papers. So what I do is I'm just going to take the exacto knife and make a small hole. It is easier just to go around it harder and I'm going to cut it through the other side to. There is going to be a little opening here for the paper. I'm going to use the thin scissors just to finish this job, it would look nicer. This is the paper holder what we do now is we need to decorate it. "
