"Hi, I'm Rachel for Expert Village. Now we need to cut paper, the card board paper. So we are going to put the card board at the very end of the paper. I'm going to make sure that we measure it right. We are going to take the exacto knife and cut it. Because it has this wave it is easy just to cut it through. As you can see I don't do it on the table cause the exacto knife can make a big not very nice mark on our table. So I have a board on the bottom. Now I'm going to do it on this side and just put it parallel to the card board. It does not cut my cardboard it just cuts the paper. I just need a little bit more here. I will separate it. Now the other side of the paper is flat as you can see, this side we are going to glue now to our card board. Like that. Again we are going to take our glue gun and just make 3 dots on top, 4 dots on the length. We have to do is quick quick cause the hot glue is cooling off very quickly. So we do it quick and we turn it over and glue it to the card board making sure it is nice and straight. Here we go. "
