"Hi, I'm Rachel Fish, from Incredible Edibles, for Expert Village. We're going to take our pistachios over here, which is also considered a very nice nut. The thing we have to be careful with the pistachios is just to make sure, again, if there are any empty shells we just take those particular shells out. If you notice the pistachios, cashews, they're the same color. I'm not using almonds, I'm not using a darker color nut, I'm using this to keep it symmetrical with the cashews. I'm just going to take some, put them in. We want to make sure also when we are putting them in that it's not too low. We have the grass here making sure that it's staying up, it's not too high. We don't want it falling and rolling around all over the place. We're just putting in a nice little layer to make sure that it's looking nice. We can always add, we can always take away if we have to after we put everything in, but basically we're just going to keep putting in until we feel that it looks nice, pretty much the same amount as the cashews. Now we're going to take another type of chocolate, actually it's in here, chocolate lacure. Again notice that I'm not choosing a white chocolate, I'm choosing something that's going to be the same color as this chocolate. I'm also not choosing a flat chocolate, I'm choosing another round chocolate, so it will stay symmetrical with the raisins, which we put in the beginning. And we're simply going to take them, this is our last row to fill in over here. As you see, now we have the basic part of our basket ready. Okay, I'm going to just pull out a little bit of the dried fruits over here so you can see them a little bit better because when we put in the wine some of it got a little bit mushed together. As you see, everything is holding everything else in place, and here we have the beautiful base of our basket. "
