How to Change Preferences in GPS System

"Hi my name is Tony and on behalf of Expert Village this is how to use your GPS basic addition of course. Let's go. Chapter 10 changing your preferences on your GPS. For this lesson of course we are using our tomtom 1. So what we are going to want to do is click the screen once to go to our menu. Once we are in our menu we can change anything that we want. I scroll through it really fast just to show you. In the first menu page one you have your navigate to option all the things that we use in previous chapters. We just go ahead and now we can do some other stuff. You can advance plan so if you know if you are going on this trip and you want to plan the entire trip you do it right there. You can browse maps and actually see your more detail map of your journey. View routes you can see more detail routes it is just like that map one. Connect to your phone and itinerary planning again preplanning for your longer trip if you taking across country or across the state. Then we also have tomtom weather same thing just like it say all it does is just gives you weather updates wherever you are. This does require your blue tooth phone. The tomtom services these are all services that all require your blue tooth phone. Clear route if you just want to clear everything and start from scratch. Guided tours if you want the voice on your GPS to actually tell you things that is our your left we have such and such. Pretty much like that. Show version that is basically the software on the tomtom itself. And that is it that is your preferences for the main menu. You can also going into your preferences section and actually change things more, change the colors of your display, how long your display stays on, if you want it to show you know the battery level or the level of the acquired satellite anything that you want. If you want to turn sound on or off, change your home location, manage maps anything you want to do. Here I'm going to turn the volume up to show you some of the voices alright I'm going to click on change voice. Here is where you can go through and start missing with all the voices you can have guys voices, girls voices. I have a couple of funny ones on here like this one Ozzy Osborne, change him around, different languages, different personalities. We would just click Lori for now, we hit test and we would see how it sounds like. Just like that we can change the voice. Well that is pretty much it I hope you enjoyed traveling enjoy your GPS."
