Making Bird Base From Frog Base for Origami Eagle

"Now that we have our triangle, now what we are going to do is unfold it and go ahead and go to our bird base. What we are going to do is fold it and what is going to happen is this is going to form a triangle. Fold this really quick. There we go, that is going to fold easier. Fold this in like so and down like that there is your bird base. Your triangle, your flap is in the inside. Now from the bird base, we are going to go into the frog base. So what we are going to do is fold this side over, open it up and just crush it like so making sure that this part stays level here or even here with the other line. Then press it like so and there we go, that is our basic for our frog base."
