"Okay. Now once we have our pins in, we are ready to sew around the edges. I always start so that I have a long ways to go before I get around to the strap, but right after one strap. On one side, you're going to want to leave a little bit larger opening, so that you have room to flip it without ripping it. If you want a heavier purse, you can put a lining on the back when you do this part, but I like my purses to be light, which is kind of nice. I don't carry around heavy stuff, so I don't really need a heavy purse. I got back to where my pins are, so I know I need to stop. Oops, I pull a little extra thread. And skip over the other pins, so that I know I have my opening for my other strap. And then go around the rest of the way."
