"Now we are ready to put the elastic through. You don't need this long a piece of elastic but it is much easier if you have a long piece of elastic. Just put a large piece in and cut off what you don't need cause it makes it easier. I am going to just go ahead and insert it in the side and then I am going to try to thread it through. And if it gets stuck, I am going to grab my wire and use that to put it through instead. Elastic is stiff enough. A lot of time you can kind of work it through if you have big enough hole. But then sometimes it decides it just doesn't want to go. In which case, grab the same wire you used to put the ribbon through. Tie it on there and turn this around so it is on the inside. Be easier to get it in the hole. And just get it in the edge. Be careful not to rip it. Make sure you don't have any sharp edges on the metal because it will rip your material if you do. And there comes my elastic out the other side. And I am going to hold on to the elastic and take the metal hoop out. And that is your elastic in the bottom."
