"Now that you have this pinned in place, we are going to go ahead and do the same with the bottom. I am using a fairly thin elastic so I don't need a real big one. We are going to go ahead and just kind of eye ball it first. When you pin it, you want to make sure it is coming all the way to the edge at the bottom right here, so it is not pulling in. Because then it will go crooked on you. Make sure you have it pulled all the way up to the edge. And, pin it in place. It doesn't hurt to put one in the middle so it doesn't pull up where you don't want it to. The you are going to go ahead and iron it just to give it that nice smooth edge and make is stay in place a little better. And that?s how you bring up the bottom."
