"Now you have either your two rectangle pieces or one long piece, and we are ready to pin. What you are going to do is face the two sides in. And make sure that the sides line up. It is not really important if these raw edges line up. It is more important that these sides line up right. And I pin it, try to make sure you pin it in far enough that it doesn't mess with the sewing machine because it is faster if you don't have to take them out. Once you do this a few times, you probably won't need pin in it. You will get used to going around the edges and pulling it straight. Make sure you keep pulling it so it?s even. That?s what it will look like when it is pinned."
