"Hi, I am Nipa Banerjee from Art Space India, talking on behalf of Expert Village. In case of biscuiting earthenware or stoneware, we need normally 800° C to 850° C and you have seen that we already put all our flower vases inside the furnace. Now, after 8 hours of baking, we are going to open the furnace and our biscuited products will be ready, but I am explaining you how I biscuited all these products. Suppose, we don't want to glaze the product, we just want to keep it in tera cotta color, then what we have to do, we have to do the biscuiting up to 950° C temperature. Because, in that case we need mature body and it is only possible after reaching the temperature 950° C. If the temperature goes beyond 850° C, then it will loose the capacity of absorbing water and then at the time of glazing, it will be very difficult to put color in it. So, try to maintain the temperature up to 850° C at the time of biscuiting. I think you have seen the process carefully and these are the various types of flower vases which are ready now for glazing. Thank you. "
