"Now, our products are ready for baking. Let me show you the process of biscuiting and tell you something about that. In case of biscuiting of earthenware or stoneware, normally we need 800° to 850° c temperature. But in some cases we have to give some more temperature, also, see if the flower vases are big enough. Suppose we don't want to glaze the flower pot. Suppose we want to keep the flower pot in tera cotta color only, then we will take our temperature to 900°, then the mature body will come. If the temperature goes beyond 850° then it will loose the capacity of absorbing water. So, it will be very difficult at the time of glazing. So, we have to maintain our temperature up to 850° c. At the time of biscuiting we can put so many items inside the furnace, but at the time of glazing it is not possible because the glaze will touch one to another. Now, our flower pots are ready for glazing. So, try to maintain the temperature up to 850° c at the time to biscuiting. Thank you. "
