"On behalf of expertvillage.com my name is Neal Jones and I’m with A Perfect Fit Alterations, 102 Main Street in historic old town Burleson, Texas our phone number is 817-447-3522. Continuing on our tour of the serger we now come to the end of the serger and it doesn’t at first glance appear to be very much there but let me point out some features. Here we have the hand wheel or as it’s referred to in the manual the fly wheel it is a device that enables you to turn the machine over by hand without having to operate the electric motor. The cover here covers the motor here which is right behind this grill, now again as we’ve mentioned in other machines the grill here is an air intake and needs to be kept clear of any fabric or any kind of debris so that we can have air to circulate in there and keep the motor in the machine from becoming overheated. And then we have an off and on switch right here which is conveniently placed so that it’s handy for your hand and here again we have a plug which enables us to plug in the combination foot control and electrical power supply, now some of the machines some of the older machines will have two separate plugs which one will then be for the power supply and the other for the foot control or speed control for the machine but this one is a more modern machine and it has a combination."
