"Ok the next topic that we're going to discuss is saving water and energy with washing dishes and mostly people rinse their dishes before they put them in the dishwasher. Is that necessary Ann? With the newer models generally you don't need to they have built in components that basically can accommodate all the extra food pieces, so, and that saves water obviously you know in the long run both with the unit and then also in the sink. Unless you really have some thick substance you'd just use common sense. Exactly and make sure your dishwasher is fully loaded so you’re doing a full load every time which it looks like you are and also if you are looking at purchasing one, like I have an older one and we are in the process of looking for newer dishwashers make sure you see the energy star symbol because that means that has certain water saving features. So it means that I am doing that correctly. You already are which is wonderful. Then obviously when you start your load you have to use detergent so there are a variety of different brands out there but there are some that are obviously are non-toxic so they don't have phosphates that are you know no chlorines. You can actually do your part for the environment in this case we have one that is in a box that can be recycled which is a double bonus. Good, and is there any of tips in the cycles or how we can use this area? Probably I would imagine avoiding the heated dry if possible because you're using more energy and chances are unless you don't need your dishes right away you can just let them air dry."
