"My name is Pat Haywood with a Time to Relax and I'm here for Expert Village. In this segment I'm going to talk about the section of the arm for the chair massage. Now I just finished up in the shoulder area and now I'm coming down here and I am going to go on the outside of her trapezius and I'm just going to kind of what I call "milking it". So you just kind of squeeze in my hands together like this but right underneath her arm and then I'm going to go on the other side more by her bicep where I'm going to do the same thing. And then I'm going to go down and in the middle of the arm and get some pressure points this way. Then we go to the lower part of the arm and I'm going to squeeze again milking both sides of the arms. How is that feeling Sarah? It feels good. And then I'm going to go down the middle of the arm with a little bit of pressure here and I'm going to squeeze the wrist. Because next I'm going to be going right into the hands. I'm going to have you rest your arm on here like that. I'm going to open up the hands first by just doing this, almost like kneading if you've ever made bread."
