"My name is Pat Haywood and I'm with A Time To Relax and I'm here for Expert Village. This segment we are going to talk about how to get in the chair properly and what is a good attire to wear when you come for a chair massage. I'm going to show Sara where to put her arms and how to sit properly in the chair. So Sara if you want to step over here. Notice she's got on comfortable elastic waist and like almost like jogging or yoga pants and a nice comfortable t-shirt. This is going to help me when I'm trying to do my manipulations with her. So I'm going to have you go ahead and sit in the chair and put your knees down there and I need to know right away if the seat is a good adjustment for you. Is that good? OK. Because when she's sitting here her chest needs to be hitting this little plate here and then her head is going to rest in the headrest. OK. Then I'm going to have you bring your arms up on the armrest. So now are all the positions comfortable for you? OK. Now I should be able to easily work on Sara."
