"My name is Pay Haywood with A Time to Relax and I am here for Expert Village. In this clip we are going to talk about what a chair massage is. A chair massage is done with a client fully dressed and in this chair over here and basically gets the full back the shoulders the neck and the head. The chair massage is usually fifteen minutes and I might as well throw in right now that chair massages are one dollar a minute as far as the cost. But there can be a lot of tension especially for people that work during the day. I've actually given massages during lunch hours so that it can relive a lot of the tensions that people get from working on computers or just sitting a desk doing paperwork. So chair massages are really good to relieve some of that tension in the neck and the upper shoulders."
