"On behalf of Expert Village, this is Paul Zuckerman with the cast of Chicago City Limits here in New York City, and today we're going to you some techniques for improvisational comedy. Relationships are what's interesting about the condition, and they're much more than just the identity saying father son. Yeah, it tells us what the relationship is terms of an identity, but not by what's happening between those two people. Let's so a scene right now. Let's see what happens with a father and son. You've got to take it more than just who they are, but what's going on between the two people. I told you to be home by eleven and you weren't. Yeah, I wasn't. Yeah, you're right, I wasn't. I don't like that attitude. Well you know what, maybe when I was fifteen that would have been acceptable, but I'm sixteen dad. Time to let the rains be a little looser. Alright, your mother wanted me to discipline you, so I have to discipline you so cut me some slack. You know what, mom's your problem. Sixteen, I'm doing what I want to do. How about seventeen? Seventeen you can do what you want to do. Sixteen you do half of what you want to do and half what your mother wants to do. Sheila!"
