"Hello! This is Peggy Charlton from Expert Village on how to write an essay. I'm talking about the body of the essay now. After your introduction, each one of your points would be represented and then your conclusion. Let's talk a little bit about each point. Each point needs to be very well developed. If your essay has 1 or 2 sentences on each one of your points it's not developed enough. You must have each point well developed. I'm talking about probably 6-8 sentences long. This is where you put in your facts, your statistics. I'm talking about informative or persuasive speech here. Say you’re writing an essay on Abraham Lincoln. Perhaps this is his early life childhood growing up years and you're going to put in things about that. "
