"Hello! This is Peggy Charlton for Expert Village talking about how to write an essay. Another method would be a facts and statistics. It goes a lot along with the startling statements. A facts and statistics example would be 32% of teenagers before ages 16 have ended up in teenage pregnancy. That would be a fact or a statistic. As I said, I'm making these up so please don't quote me on this. Another would be an anecdote. An anecdote is a story. You can start out saying he was born on the other side of the tracks, grew up in extreme property, yet be ended up being president of the United States. It's a story you're telling of his life, so that would be an example. "
