"When you set up for jewelry making its important to have a good location. I always suggest to be at a table. Although sometimes you don’t have a table so you have to do everything kind of impromptu. In this case we do have a table so how I set it up is to have some kind of mat or a towel. And the towel will help when you have a whole lot of beads and you have a slippery surface. You can lay the beads out however you need to lay them out and they wont roll away. Here is how I set up just a basic idea of a necklace. I put the beads around the way that I thought that they would look good. Although a lot of times with necklaces they, or bracelets, they will change as you go along depending on your personality and what kind of bead working you really like to do. So you are going to have your wire cutters handy and obviously your needle nose pliers and your wire. In this case since I am doing a basic necklace that is going to hang I an using a really, kind of pliable wire, which is great for necklace making. And that is your basic set up for making necklaces"
