"Hi! I am Michael Webb on behalf of Expert Village.com. Right now we are going to make a flower which is a two-part process and we are going to start by making the stem. Now what you want to do is go ahead and start by making a simple kite fold, bring your edges in. Now once you have that you will want to take your wings again and bring them in once more. So this is going to, sort of be what is, going to make it stem like. So make that, like so and bring these edges in down at the bottom and line them up with a center access. You are going to take this and fold it up a little above the mid point. You want to get it about two thirds of the way up, right about there. A good way to tell us that down here on these bottom edges you got about probably a good centimeter’s worth of length. Now all you need to do is simply fold the whole unit in half and this is slightly tricky but what you want to do is take this stem here and just pull it out so that it moves away from the base and pinch it in the middle to hold and then make a new crease, down here on the bottom and this is going to be the stem for your flower.
