"Hello, my name is Melisa Schenk on behalf of Expert Village. Today we're going to talk about how to deal with a bully. We've been talking about the program Spread the Sunshine and its 10 pillars of cultivating character that builds confidence and self-esteem and the first rule again, you always have a choice. In our final clip let's talk about the word compassion. Showing care and consideration for others and also for yourself. When talking about Spread the Sunshine, the program Spread the Sunshine, it is all about how do you want to be remembered? So using those 10 pillars of cultivating character, those 10 values and keeping in mind that you'll always be remembered for the things that you say and do. Now, Spread the Sunshine has its own philosophy and I'll share that with you, but I do hope and encourage you to build your own philosophy or your own coat of conduct or your own coat of ways that you can spread sunshine in your life and in your community. It's important to practice random acts of kindness. So when dealing and talking about how to deal with a bully, we have to start with ourselves, with confidence, self confidence and spreading sunshine and spreading kindness to other people and also showing appreciation for the kindness that people show to us. So, enclosing the Spread the Sunshine philosophy, not to be forgotten. You always have a choice. There is confidence in a smile. Be a doer, make a difference. Expect nothing less than the ultimate from yourself and from others. Attitudes are contagious. What attitude are you going to wake up with tomorrow morning? Boredom is the enemy. And enthusiasm is key. Keep that in mind and spread the sunshine."
