"Hello, my name is Melisa Schenk on behalf of Expert Village. Today we're going to talk about how to deal with a bully. In this clip let's talk about the character value integrity. A lot of young people don't know how to define integrity. Doing what is noble, being true to yourself, doing what is right, doing what is honorable, that is integrity and a lot of young people don't know how to define that. Doing what is right, doing the right thing, to be integro, to have integrity. Well, when you're dealing with how to or you're talking about how to deal with a bully, it's an integro to do your own thing, to do what is right and honorable or are you just going to join in and be like everyone else and do like everyone else? Are you going to be your own person? Are you going to act to create the life, the future that you want? Approachability, confidence, today. When talking about spreading sunshine within yourself, within other people, people think well where can I spread sunshine? What can I do? What can I do that is right, that is honorable that makes me feel good? But you're probably noticing now, is that all of these values that we've been talking about all relate to each other. They're not separate values but each one relates to the next. So, how and where do you spread sunshine? Well, you can spread sunshine in millions of ways and you can spread it basically everywhere. Kids can spread it at school, teachers can, in your community, when you're at sporting events, if you're playing a sport with your peers and your athletic partners, in work places, in your family, it starts at home with your family and also at school. So where can you spread sunshine? Everywhere. Integrity, doing what is right and what is honorable to yourself."
