"Hello, my name is Melisa Schenk on behalf of Expert Village. Today we're going to talk about how to deal with a bully. In this clip let's talk about the character value honesty. Of course when I ask young people, what does honesty mean? They say to say the truth. Yes, that's a part of honesty, being trustworthy and truthful, but what about sincerity? Sincerity, what does it mean to be sincere? Well why are you doing the things you are doing? Are you sincere about your actions? Think about your motivation, why then do you do the things that you do? Are you sincere about your actions? So, in honesty we're not only talking about telling the truth, being trustworthy, but also being sincere about our actions. So referring that to dealing with a bully and also spreading sunshine. Be the sunshine you want to spread and be sincere about it when you spread that sunshine."
