"Hello I'm weather announcer Melissa Schenk and on behalf of Expert Village today we're going to be talking about the weather. In this final clip on weather than let's talk about where do you learn more about the weather we'll let's be smart about this. You can of course go to your local book store and get some wonderful books and wonderful resource on the weather. One of my favorites honestly is Weather For Dummies it has the basics of weather everything you want to know about the weather all the different charts and tables we've been talking about it will cover everything from hurricane, the Saffir Simpson Scale to the fugita scale, tornadoes, to weather stories to high pressure and low pressure systems. It explains everything in great detail some wonderful resources on websites as well, it's something called JetStream it's an online school for weather its absolutely free but this website JetStream it will teach you everything from the atmosphere to the ocean to global circulations to symbiotic meteorology thunderstorms and lightning you name it it is on this website. It is fabulous and at the end of each chapter you can take a test as well so you really test your knowledge, if you don't do so well in one chapter you can go back relearn it again and take a test again and get a better mark on it. Another great website it called The Weather Prediction. com and it's put together by a meteorologist his name is Jeff Haby and he's done a great job as well at putting a bunch of different weather topics together an absolute wonderful resource so that's just a couple of different examples but if you get on the internet and go to your local bookstore there's just as countless resources available to you to study the weather."
