"When you have a group of people who form an ensemble capable of producing music together you have a band. To become successful the members of the group need to produce music in some genre that others enjoy listening to and them as well. It's important for the band to want to make themselves known in the industry. This is the key to becoming successful. Here's some examples of different types of bands that can be created. There can be soul artists, for example, this artist. She is a soul singer and plays piano as well. Another type of band is this, it's more of a rock band called Modest Mouse. Other bands include Jam bands, this genre is a group of people who play many jam shows."
