"Now we're actually going to paint, so get your paints. Not too much. Try to get like a medium amount of consistency. With your medium size brush, you want to paint in the larger areas as much as you can. then once you have as much of the space filled in, you want to take your smaller brush and go for the details. Basically, you want to finish your details with the smaller brush. You can get a pretty good line with the small brush, so you should be able to get a really good rendition of your design. That's it. You can go back in and sort of retouch and areas that look like they're uneven and that's pretty much it. "
