"This is when you're going to transfer your stencils to the jeans. You've drawn it out and you've colored it in with your either white or black charcoal or crayon. This is going to be sort of a white sketch. You want to place it on your jeans. Make sure it's not going to move around. You might even want to tape it down if you feel a little bit nervous about it. You can just hold it down with one hand. Press it really firmly into the jeans. You have to really kind of press hard on the stencil to get the chalk to rub off. You want to make sure you get all the edges and really fill it in. Push hard and cover the entire surface. Even go a little bit outside of your lines. Take it away carefully so you're not going to rub it, and there you have your design. If you have light faded jeans, like the washed out type of jeans, then you're probably going to be better off with a charcoal, black color. They have different colors as well. Maybe if you're going to paint with a certain color paint and you know it, you can get that color charcoal. Charcoal does linger a little bit. You can rub it off, but if you want to match the colors with your paint and the pencils, you can do that as well. I'm using the white because these darker jeans and it just happens to show up really well. That's it."
