How to Pass your Head through an Index Card

"Hey everybody. Now I'm going to show you another cool stunt. It's basically how to pass your head through and index card. Now, if you do this with a really large index card, you might even be able to get your whole body through it but I'm just going to show you how to do it with one of these and you pass your head through it. First, you take your index card and you fold it like this the long way. You're going to take a pair of scissors and you're going to put cuts in it like this, but you're not going to go all the way to the end. You're going to put a whole bunch of cuts in the index card, but make sure you leave about a 1/4 of an inch. Like that. You also want the cuts to be about a 1/4 inch wide. Make that one a little longer. You're going to keep making cuts in your index card like this. Then you're going to come to the side and you're going to make cuts in between like this. Again, you're also not going to go all the way to the end. Now, eventually what's going to happen is when you get all the way, there's going to be one more step after this. You're going to open out your index card being careful not to rip it. These do get a little hard to open. You can do this with a playing card as well. You get this opened up like this and then you're going to cut down the center crease. Actually, we broke it a little on that end so I'm just going to skip that part. You cut down the center crease and you leave a little bit on each end. What will happen is this will open out into a ring like this. Then you can stick right over your head and you just passed your head through an index card and you have a cool office fashion accessory."
