Water in Glass Logic Puzzle

"Alright everybody. Here's another puzzler for you. This is one of those ones that's more fun if you let them puzzle over it for a while. We're using glasses here just so you can see it a little easier, but you setup 6 containers, 6 cups, with water in them. 3 full and 3 empty. So they go full, full, full, empty, empty, empty. What you tell them is that they have to make them alternate between full and empty, but they can only move 1 glass. Now, they're going to puzzle over it. They're going to try and shuffle them around, but it's impossible to do just by moving 1 glass unless you do this. You didn't say you had to move it in a roll, you didn't say you had to move it from end to end. You take this glass, you pour the liquid into this one and then you put it back. Now they alternate full, empty, full, empty, full, empty. That is a very clever little puzzler that you can do for your friends."
