"Hi my name is Manish Paul on behalf of Expert Village we are going to learn how to cut onions. Now we are going to learn the uses of onions. the green onions and the gray onions they endless uses. Gray onions they are normally used in the Asian cuisine. They are used by the stems and the leaves as well. They are used to add mild flavor to the preparations, they are used in the sauces, they are used in stokes, they are used in the preparation of dressings. They are also used in the main courses, they give minor flavor of onion and they give color to the preparations. Shallots are used for stews, they are used for stocks and they are used for varies preparations in the main courses. They are generally peeled, they are pickled, and/or they can be eaten raw. The red onions they are normally used for preparation of stocks, they are used for preparation of sauces and also the main course. They are normally used for the nutritional value and for the pungent taste. They are normally used they can normally be cut, diced or used year round. They are normally in the European countries in much milder flavor of onions to the preparation they are normally used for sauces, for stocks, and also for the main course. "
