on 12/18/2008 This whole series of the scarf is really informative.. I have been doing a needle felting and am now looking into wet felting. I thought these were really instructive, however, without a sequence to the videos, it's kind of difficult to figure out what steps goes next. It just took a bunch more time going back and forth between videos. all in all though, thanks for doing it, I can't wait to try it.

"Now I have my other side of my scarf all decorated the way I want it. And I've done one more thing. Which is, I've put my two layers of bubble wrap together on the same side. The trick to this is to have your bubble wrap with the flat sides together and when you roll everything up it's much easier than trying to roll the two layers of bubble wrap with the wool in the middle. What I need to do next is add dish soap. My handy dandy dish soap dispenser. A little bit goes a long way so you do not need a whole lot of soap. If you get too much though you can always rinse it out. If you don't have enough your wool will not want to stick together because it wont be wetted properly so when in doubt a little bit more. But you can see I've just kind of dribbled a little bit over here and that's going to be plenty. And I've got hot water here. It's easier to work over your sink and you can use your little sprayer but in this case we don't have that luxury so I'm just going to pour my hot water over here. Everything is going to get rearranged a little bit but. Now I want to roll everything up in the bubble wrap. So I'm going to start at one end. You can put a piece of foam in here. Like a pool noodle if you have one. But I'm just going to roll it all up and make sure that it's fairly tight and if I have too much water it's going to run out the sides. If I don't have enough I can always unroll it and add some more. And then I'm going to take my roll and just to help it stay together I've got some knee high pantyhose and I'm going to tie those around to hold it shut just like that."
