"The last thing that we need to cut out of the black is going to be the draw-string stops and the draw-string lining which is right in here. They are each three inches by two inches, each little piece. And I just made them all the same size to make it real simple. You might wind up cutting some off, I didn't. And so I decided that adding all four of those together I need a piece that is twelve inches by two inches. What I am going to do is I see here that it is almost twelve inches and I am right here on the salvage edge which is the edge of the fabric that has been bound. I am just going to cut that off. Almost all fabric has this edge, but this one is kind of wrinkly, it is not smooth and I am going to cut that off. So this is twelve inches here, from the bottom to up here is twelve. Then I am going to go over to two inches. There we go and if you want to you can draw a line down to make sure it is perfectly straight. And I am going to actually cut this into four pieces because we need two draw-string stops and then I need to draw-string lining pieces. I am just going to fold it in half, cut it, I am going to get them, I will just do them individually. Cut that in half. Okay, so we go three inches by two inches and I have four of these. I am just going o set these aside with my other pieces and go on and I think next we will cut out the handle and the draw-strings themselves."
