That is just what they are called. A lot of people like to call them different things. They are used for different things. You can use it for a little wedding bag like if you were going to get married you would make one out of the same kind of fabric as your dress. You can do that or you can do just pieces that you put inside your purse with your different stuff. You can put your makeup in there, jewelry, or whatever you want to put in there. What it is basically is just round piece of fabric that is lined and has a simple casing. And we make these straps or ties, excuse me, that run through it. They come out on both sides and they use the draw-string affect and with a little handle.
