"My name is Leslie Moselle, and I'm from Tampa Florida, and on behalf of Expert Village, this is how to shop for groceries on a budget. Don't shop hungry. When shopping on a budget, or when just shopping, it's always best to have a quick snack or to enjoy a meal before you go to the grocery store. With all those foods to look at, and all those new items to discover, you don't want to go to the store on an empty stomach. Sit down, have some fruit, have a quick snack, then do your grocery shopping. You put all this effort into preparing yourself to go to the grocery store, making a list, making sure you have everything you need. You don't want to go to the grocery store on an empty stomach, and throw away all that time that you put into preparing to go grocery shopping when on a budget. So before you go to the grocery store, have a quick snack and make sure you're saving your time and saving your money by going with a full stomach. "
