"My name is Leslie Moselle, and I'm from Tampa Florida, and on behalf of Expert Village this is how to shop for groceries on a budget. Freezer food list, making a freezer food list for your refrigerator is a great way to keep track of the food items that you have in your freezer. As you can see here, we have listed the types of food, the dates they were purchased, and the expiration, or the sell by date. This is a great way to know what you have in your freezer, and to know when it expires. For example, ground beef, I just purchased a pound of ground beef today, and I know that it expires on eleven nineteen. So I put the date I purchased and the expiration date, so I know that that is in my freezer, and I must use it before this day. This is a great way to know also, that if all of these meats are still here after eleven nineteen, it is time for me to clean my freezer out. You could surround your meals around your list because you always know what you have in your freezer, and what could be prepared for dinner. This also conserves a lot of energy because you're not standing in front of the freezer, with the door wide open, letting all the cold air out, also allowing some of your foods to not stay as fresh. But overall, having a freezer food list, prevents you from purchasing items multiple times when you already have them in your freezer. So, a freezer food list is a great way to conserve your money when shopping on a budget."
