" Hello! My name is Lindsay on behalf of Expert Village.com. In this clip, I will be demonstrating how to cut out the fabric for your pillow. Earlier when we made a 1 inch mark, we are going to trace around that 1 inch mark on the fabric. This is going to be the mark that we are going to cut out around that 1 inch mark. So you have your 14 by 14 square in the middle and you should have a 1 inch frame around that and that leaves you space for when you are sewing. When cutting this material out, I am going to start at the folded edge. It is a little bit easier to start at the folded edge because it is already together. I’m going to turn my fabric sideways and make sure that it is tight with no wrinkles so I don’t get any extra fabric in there. You can also put your straight edge on the right where you are going to be cutting so you make sure that you cut it straight. When cutting make sure you are keeping the material tight also and this is going to be the inside of your pillow. "
